Having Trouble with your Chromebook or Login?

If your student is having trouble with their Chromebook or another device, or they cannot recall their login, there is the IMESD Helpdesk Support for Families and Students.  Call for technology support at 1-888-223-9593.

The phone line will be answered during regular business hours.  If the line is busy, unanswered, after hours or during the weekend, you are encouraged to leave a voicemail with information.
