Welcome to Pendleton
Aimee Gunter, Kindergarten Teacher at the Pendleton Early Learning Center
Aimee grew up in Milton-Freewater. She and her husband moved to Pendleton in 2009 and have enjoyed raising their three children here.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from EOU in June 2022, including an endorsement in English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL).
Aimee was a paraprofessional for seven years in the Pendleton School District prior to being hired as a certified teacher. “I am most excited about working in the Pendleton School District alongside an outstanding team of educators with optimism and passion for teaching that’s truly contagious. I am overjoyed to work with kindergartners as they begin their lifelong educational journey, inspire a love for learning and positively impact their lives.”
She loves to spend her free time with family and friends. Aimee enjoys many activities, including camping (especially visiting National Parks), board games, sporting events, cheering for our hometown team (Go BUCKS!), repurposing furniture, walks, gardening, baking, Broadway shows, and reading.
Welcome, Aimee!
